आवश्यक सूचना: P.G. SEMESTER-III EXAMINATION, 2024 (2022-2024) के परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने की अंतिम तिथि 02.07.2024 (15:00 PM ) तक हैैं।
Following is required to fill up the online Admission/Examination form:
1. Email id
2. Mobile Number
3. Scanned Photograph in JPG format under 100 KB
4. Scanned Signature in JPG format under 100 KB
5. Scanned Provisional Exam Form under 150 KB
6. Scanned Semester-I Mark Sheet under 150 KB
7. Scanned Semester-II Mark Sheet under 150 KB
9. Scanned Semester-II Addmission Slip under 150 KB
10. Scanned Registration Slip under 150 KB
11. Scanned Caste Certificate (if applicable) in JPG format under 150 KB
The online admission process will have following 9 (Nine) steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website of MS College, Motihari www.mscollege.net
Step 2: Please click on "Student Login" button given on the home page.
Step 3: When you click the “Forgot Password” link then you will be able to retrieve your
UserID and Password on your registered mobile number.
Step 4: On successful submission of information for new sign up, you will receive sms for your
“User id” and “Password”.
Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.
Step 6: Online Payment through Payment Gateway, the link provided after submission of all
required documents.
Step 7: Download Filled Examination Form.
Step 8: Submit your filled Examination form alongwith required documents and payment slip at college office counter before due date.

Note:- परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने के बाद भरे हुए फॉर्म का प्रिंट आउट (हार्ड कॉपी) वेरीफाई (जाँच) करा कर
महाविद्यालय काउंटर पर अनिवार्य रूप से जमा करे अन्यथा उनका परीक्षा फॉर्म रद्द कर दिया जायेगा।
परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने एवं जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि बिना विलम्ब शुल्क के 02.07.2024 (15:00 PM ) तक है।
