A library is a collection of sources of information and similar resources, made accessible to a defined community for reference or borrowing. It provides physical or digital access to material, and may be a physical building or room, or a virtual space, or both. Library is the depositor of knowledge in the form of hard text, journals, documents and CDs etc. Addition of latest book on various subjects is a continuous process.
Anugrah Narayan College Library plays a pivotal role in creating academic environment in the college. It is a repository of knowledge and a huge resource for wide range of information and researcher. The Central Library of the college has more than one lakh books. It is equipped with student's and teacher's reading rooms along with a seminar / conference hall. It caters to the needs of undergraduate students, post graduate students, research scholars, teachers and staffs of the college. Besides having books for teaching and reference books available to students and teachers, it also has stored collection of rare books. The central library is fully automated. Beside the central library each department of the college has seminar library. The students and teachers can also avail the facilities provided by seminar libraries in their departments.
